Jeff has always worked in the employee benefits market. During this time, he has worked with enterprise employers, health plans, insurance carriers, benefit technology companies, investors, PEOs, retirement companies and brokers/consultants. Jeff has established ecosystems for FinTech, Digital Health, and InsurTech companies.

Jeff was named by Employee Benefits Advisor as “30 Benefit Thought Leaders to Know” and “30 People to watch in Benefits”. Also featured in CNBC, Inc Magazine, Forbes, Employee Benefits News, US News and World Report, SHRM Magazine, and numerous other publications.

While approaching his 30th year in the employee benefits market, Jeff has created or worked for numerous pre-revenue companies and divisions, each succeeding in revenue growth and distribution.

  • Commercialization and negotiation of contracts of their products into the employee benefits ecosystem

  • Served as an advisor, responsible for market evaluations and/or distribution strategies 

  • Informed Consulting grew to 4 full-time employees and continues today

Began as a Consultant and transitioned to CRO

Joined pre-revenue at the Seed Round. Participated in board meetings and VC pitches for Series A-C

Responsible for go to market, distribution strategy, managing a sales team of 10 reps. 

  • Established Nayya in the insurance carrier, payroll, HCM, employer and broker markets

  • Nayya consulting work 6 months and $1M sold 

  • Next 3 quarters $8M of revenue, $48M raised, Nayya valuation of $235M 

  • March 2022, $55M raise and valuation of $550M
